Chris Glenn was a three-sport letterman in high school, receiving a full scholarship to Fort Scott Community College due to academic and athletic achievement. Chris graduated from Fort Scott Community College in December of 2003 earning an Associate’s degree. Thereafter Chris graduated in 2006 from William Jewell College, TIME magazines Liberal Arts College of the Year; he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurial leadership. Chris was recognized as a Scholar Athlete every semester, this achievement is awarded to athletes who are able to maintain at minimum a 3.0 grade point average during season and out of season. Chris has since completed his Masters of Business Administration degree from Walden University in 2011.

While at Bishop Ward high school in Kansas, Chris lettered in football, track and wrestling. In the two and a half years Chris wrestled, he made two state appearances, won and medaled at several tournaments, finishing 2nd in the Kansas 4A state tournament, 189lb weight class. Chris placed in and won track and field events in the 4x100M relay and the long jump at numerous meets. Although not named to the 1st or 2nd all conference teams in football, Chris was offered a full scholarship to Fort Scott Community College as a safety/linebacker. Chris was most notably known for his work ethic, high level of energy/intensity and passion for the game.

While at Fort Scott, Chris served multiple roles on the football team because of his ability to learn, versatility, work ethic and desire to win. Chris played defensive end, defensive back and linebacker. Concluding the 2003 season Chris was offered an academic and athletic scholarship to William Jewell College in Liberty Missouri (among other schools). During his years at William Jewell he ran varsity track both indoor (long jump, 55m dash) and outdoor (100m dash, 4x100m relay, long jump) in addition to starting at inside linebacker on the football team. Senior year Chris was named as one of the team captains for both football and track. In 2006 Chris was voted to the All-Conference team in football as linebacker. He was also recognized as a member of the All-Conference team in track for his contributions to the 4x100m relay team. Their relay team currently holds the school record, because of their time they qualified for the national championship meet in 2006. They finished top 10 in the nation and became the first relay team in school history to qualify for nationals.

In 2007 Chris played with the Dallas Diesel, a semi-pro football team where he played 14 games and tallied 148 tackles, 12 sacks, 2 interceptions, 13 forced fumbles, two blocked kicks and a touchdown. These numbers earned him Dallas Diesel Rookie of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year and an invitation to the North American Football League All Star game. In 2008 Chris was drafted at linebacker for All American Football League, running the fastest 40 time of all the linebackers in the league at a blazing 4.40. The league closed operations, and Chris was signed by the Frisco Thunder, an arena football team in the Intense Football League. Despite missing 4 games, he earned a position in the All Star game and nomination for the Defensive Player of the Year award for his team. Chris broke the league and team records for most number of sacks in a single game, and most tackles for loss in a single game.

Coach Chris Glenn currently trains and mentors a number of athletes across the DFW Metroplex from various backgrounds in strength, conditioning, and agility, He works with all ages and sports; doing his best to bring the best out of them.
